Driven Dreams Enterprise (“Driven Dreams”, “we”, “us”) operates this website (drivendreams.shop, our “Site”) and related services in accordance with these Terms of Use and Service (“TOS”) and any other rules posted on our Site. Driven Dreams Enterprise is a registered company in Malaysia (003812104-M), with its principal location in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

Please note our policies relating to purchases within these TOS and our Privacy Policy. By using this Site or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you are under 16, you must obtain parental or guardian consent to use this Site. We reserve the right to accept orders only from individuals over 18.

ORDERING

B. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order, at which point a binding contract is formed.

C. We may decline orders for reasons including but not limited to:

Payment authorization issues
Pricing or identification errors

D. Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Acknowledgement

All Driven Dreams products are pre-order / made-to-order unless stated otherwise.
Processing begins after order confirmation.
Estimated production: 7–14 working days for pre-order items; 1–3 working days for ready stock items.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A. We strive for accuracy in all product information but cannot guarantee it reflects the exact product at the time of order.

B. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or photography.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

A. Prices are displayed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and exclude shipping. Prices may change but will not affect orders already accepted.

B. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws.

C. Driven Dreams maintains consistent pricing worldwide; shipping costs may vary.

D. We take precautions for safe and secure transactions but are not liable for fraudulent use of lost or stolen payment methods.

DELIVERY

A. Estimated Delivery Times:

Malaysia (Domestic): 2–5 working days
International: 7–14 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Multiple packages may be shipped for a single order if necessary.

B. Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Driven Dreams is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments due to incorrect addresses.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to pre-order / made-to-order nature, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Color preference
Delays within stated processing time

We will assist if an item is:

Defective
Damaged upon arrival
Incorrectly sent

To be eligible for replacement or refund:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
Item must be unused and in original condition

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

A. Vouchers or discounts cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid for one transaction only.

C. Multi-buy offers only apply to clearly displayed bundles. Items not returned from bundles will revert to their original price.

LIABILITY

A. We ensure products are of good quality and fit for purpose. We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

B. Maximum liability for any breach is limited to the total purchase price of the product.

FORCE MAJEURE

B. Contracts are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. We will notify you and refund payments if we cannot fulfill your order.
