Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of pre-order and made-to-order items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Delayed delivery within the stated processing time

  • Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way

We will, however, gladly assist if you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

To be eligible for a replacement or refund for defective/damaged/wrong items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.

Pre-Order Acknowledgement

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Production begins after order confirmation

  • Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Refunds are not applicable once production has started

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.
