Order Processing

All items from Driven Dreams are pre-order / made-to-order unless stated otherwise.
Production begins only after an order has been successfully placed.

Processing time:

Pre-order / Made-to-order items: 7–14 working days
Ready stock items (if available): 1–3 working days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Malaysia (Domestic): 2–5 working days
International: 7–14 working days (depending on destination)

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method.

Malaysia Only:

FREE shipping for orders above RM150
Orders below RM150 will be charged a standard shipping fee

International Orders:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Driven Dreams is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

As our products are made to order, delays may occur during peak periods or due to production constraints.
